Bring Devices into FileWave

What

Inevitably you are going to want to add new devices into FileWave.  The "Plus" and the "Upload" icons in the Devices View allow you to accomplish this:  

When/Why

Generally, you are going to want to use these options whenever you have new devices to add to the system, or you have bulk information to upload (such as custom field data from a csv file).
